The purpose of AFE is to process analog signals from signal sources, digitize and analyze them. Analogy provides analog front-end with multi-channel, synchronous sampling, 24-bit, Delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC), built-in programmable gain amplifier (PGA), internal reference and oscillator. It includes all functional modules commonly needed in automatic ECG, portable, low-power medical ECG, sports and fitness applications.
